ORDER STATUS

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 2-10 days business day, depending on your location. We ship within 24 hours of placing order via UPS. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.

 

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

 Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

 

How do I track my order?

 Once an item is shipped, we will send you a tracking confirmation and number.

 

My order never arrived. What do I do?

 If your package does not arrive within 10 days of your order date, please contact us so we can initiate a claim with the Postal Service or UPS. In the unlikely event your package is lost, we will file a claim with UPS and re-ship your order at no additional charge to you.

 

Where will my order be shipped from?

 Your order will be shipped from Los Angeles, CA.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

 For international orders, please allow 10 business days for processing. Contact Customer Service prior to placing your order as shipping & handling charges vary.

RETURNS

How do I return an item?

 All sales are final. Exchanges and returns will not be accepted without prior approval.

 

How do I claim damaged items?

 If you receive a box that has been damaged, please call us immediately so we can file a claim with UPS. If we are not notified of the damage claim with 3 days of receipt of your shipment, we will assume that the package was delivered in good condition. If the item you ordered was damaged during shipment please notify us immediately by e-mail at customer service.
